How It Works
Contact us for service details and availability.

Ship your headlight assembly to our facility or arrange drop-off.

We perform the selected service and return your headlight once completed.

Service Agreement


All services provided by Code114LLC are repair services only.
No complete headlight assemblies or parts are included unless clearly stated.
The customer is responsible for removal and reinstallation of the headlight.

Inspection & Additional Repairs

All headlights are inspected upon arrival​.


If additional or undisclosed damage is found:
We will contact you before proceeding
Any additional work and cost will require customer approval


No extra repairs will be performed without authorization.
