Service-Based Business

All services provided by Code114LLC are custom headlight repair services, not products. Due to the nature of this work, all services are considered final once completed.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued on completed services.
Labor, time, and materials are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable once service has begun.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before service begins.
Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted.

Unserviceable Units
If a headlight is determined to be unrepairable, the customer will be notified.
Applicable inspection or labor fees may apply.
 

Workmanship Concerns

Code114LLC is committed to delivering high-quality results. If you experience an issue:

Contact us within a reasonable timeframe (recommended 7–14 days)
Provide photos or videos of the concern

Inspection Requirement


The headlight may need to be returned for inspection before any resolution is determined.
No claims will be processed without proper evaluation.


Resolution Process
If an issue is confirmed to be related to our workmanship:
We will provide:
Repair correction, or
Service adjustment at our discretion


Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
Improper installation
Physical damage after return
Shipping damage
Normal wear or environmental exposure


Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact Code114LLC first to resolve any concerns. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in denial of future service.


Final Agreement
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above
